  17. R Programming LiveLessons : Fundamentals to Advanced (Full) English | .MP4 | h264, yuv420p, 960x540, 30.00 fps(r) | aac, 48000 Hz, stereo | 8.55 GB Genre: E-learning R Programming: Fundamentals to Advanced is a tour through the most important parts of R, the statistical programming language, from the very basics to complex modeling. It covers reading data, programming basics, visualization. data munging, regression, classification, clustering, modern machine learning and more. Data scientist, Columbia University adjunct Professor, author and organizer of the New York Open Statistical Programming meetup Jared P. Lander presents the 20 percent of R functionality to accomplish 80 percent of most statistics needs. This video is based on the material in R for Everyoneand is a condensed version of the course Mr. Lander teaches at Columbia. You start with simply installing R and setting up a productive work environment. You then learn the basics of data and programming using these skills to munge and prepare data for analysis. You then learn visualization, modeling and predicting and close with generating reports and websites and building R packages. Table of Contents Lesson 1 Getting Started with R: R can only be used after installation, which fortunately is just as simple as installing any other program. In this lesson you learn about where to download R, how to decide on the best version, how to install it and you get familiar with its environment, using RStudio as a front end. We also take a look at the package system. Lesson 2 The Basic Building Blocks in R: R is a flexible and robust programming language and using it requires understanding how it handles data. We learn about performing basic math in R, storing various types of data in variables-such as numeric, integer, character and time-based-and calling functions on the data. Lesson 3 Advanced Data Structures in R: Like many other languages, R offers more complex storage mechanisms such as vectors, arrays, matrices and lists. We take a look at those, and the data.frame, a special storage type that strongly resembles a spreadsheet and is part of what makes working with data in R such a pleasure. Lesson 4 Reading Data into R: Data is abundant in the world, so analyzing it is just a matter of getting the data into R. There are many ways of doing so, the most common being reading from a CSV or database. We cover these and also importing from other statistical tools, and scraping websites. Lesson 5 Making Statistical Graphs: Visualizing data is a crucial part of data science both in the discovery phase and when reporting results. R has long been known for its capability to produce compelling plots, and Hadley Wickham's ggplot2 package makes it even easier to produce better looking graphics. We cover histograms, boxplots, scatterplots, line charts and more. Lesson 6 Basics of Programming: R has all the standard components of a programming language such as writing functions, if statements and loops, all with their own caveats and quirks. We start with the requisite "Hello, World!' function and learn about arguments to functions, the regular if statement and the vectorized version, and how to build loops and why they should be avoided. Lesson 7 Data Munging: Data scientists often bemoan that 80% of their work is manipulating data. As such, R has many tools for this, which are, contrary to what Python users may say, easy to use. We see how R excels at group operations using apply, lapply and the plyr package. We also take a look at its facilities for joining, combing and rearranging data. Lesson 8 Manipulating Strings: Text data is becoming more pervasive in the world, and fortunately, R provides ways for both combing text and ripping it apart, which we walk through. We also examine R's extensive regular expression capabilities. Lesson 9 Basic Statistics: Naturally, R has all the basics when it comes to statistics such as means, variance, correlation, t-tests and anovas. We look at all the different ways those can be computed. Lesson 10 Linear Models: The workhorse of statistics is regression and its extensions. This consists of linear models, generalized linear models-including logistic and Poisson regression-and survival models. We look at how to fit these models in R and how to evaluate them using measures such as mean squared error, deviance and AIC. Lesson 11 Other Models: Beyond regression there are many other types of models that can be fit to data. Models covered include regularization with the elastic net, bayesian shrinkage, nonlinear models such as nonlinear least squares, splines and generalized additive models, decision tress and random forests. Lesson 12 Time Series: Special care must be taken with data where there is time based correlation, otherwise known as autocorrelation. We look at some common methods for dealing with time series such as ARIMA, VAR and GARCH. Lesson 13 Clustering: A focal point of modern machine learning is clustering, the partitioning of data into groups. We explore three popular methods: K-means, K-medoids and hierarchical clustering. Lesson 14 Reports and Slideshows with knitr: Successfully delivering the results of an analysis can be just as important as the analysis itself, so it is important to communicate them in an effective way. This communication can take the form of a written report, a Web site of results, a slide show or a dashboard. In this lesson we focus on the first three, which are made remarkably easy using knitr, a package written by Yihui Xie. Lesson 15 Package Building: Building packages is a great way to contribute back to the R community and doing so has never been easier thanks to Hadley Wickham's devtools package. This lesson covers all the requirements for a package and how to go about authoring and distributing them. http://nitroflare.com/view/0BAA2C4C3A13727/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part01.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/A6F009203BEC71B/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part02.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/98CEEF39A728738/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part03.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/D5CEBAB671EC67C/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part04.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/CD676DE8D7230D5/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part05.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/83AF1E69B257CAB/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part06.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/E6F72C84A8E2D72/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part07.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/EF153A7232FD971/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part08.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/314730F564B6574/LiveLessons.R.Programming.Fundamentals.Advanced.part09.rar

  21. Fundamentals of Satellite Remote Sensing by Emilio Chuvieco English | 1 Dec. 2009 | ISBN: 0415310849 | 448 Pages | PDF | 68.74 MB An extensive review of remote sensing principles with an emphasis on environmental applications, Fundamentals of Satellite Remote Sensing discusses a wide range of topics, from physical principles to data acquisition systems and on to visual and digital interpretation techniques. The text focuses on the interpretation and analysis of remote sensing images and how they improve our understanding of environmental processes and their interaction with human activities. The authors discuss new interpretation approaches, including hyperspectral analysis, high-spatial resolution data, and radiative transfer models. The presentation includes an analysis of accuracy assessment methods and demonstrates how to integrate remote sensing results with geographic information systems. It also covers recent missions, such as Terra-Aqua, Envisat, Ikonos-Quickbird-Geoeye and SPOT-5, as well as LIDAR and interpherometric radar. The discussion of visual criteria to extract interpretation from satellite images emphasizes differences and similarities with conventional photo-interpretation techniques. A chapter on accuracy assessment and the connection between remote sensing and geographic information systems helps readers extend the interpretation of satellite images to a more operational, applications-oriented framework. http://nitroflare.com/view/0837C872C1F2925/B005GLXTR4.pdf http://uploadgig.com/file/download/e3E8a7217f1b977a/B005GLXTR4.pdf http://rg.to/file/9eae7c2c4634c6547ba1f3b01ee8bfdf/B005GLXTR4.pdf.html
  22. FXPHD - HOU206 Houdini FX TD Fundamentals MP4 | aac, 44100 Hz, mono | h264, yuv420p, 1440x900, 23.98 fps | 4.05 GB Genre: eLearning | Nick Nimble | Houdini 12 Many VFX tutorials and courses teach a specific topic.."How to create a waterfall", for instance. While these are helpful, there is also a need for courses that teach fundamental principles. Instead of learning a 'trick', the course member gains a skill to craft their own solutions. This is especially true for TD's even more, likely spending 70% or 80% of their time solving problems instead of mimicking the steps of a "how to" tutorial. Enter this course. It aims to build a fundamental understanding of the core principals of Houdini; the areas every FX TD has to feel comfortable with to solve the problems found in his day to day production work. This is where VOP's and expressions play a very important role. We will gain a fundamental understanding of DOP's and finish of the term with a look at a commercial project I recently finished. The course is aimed at wrists who have done a course in Houdini previously and feel comfortable in the app but would like to get to the next level to kick start their FX TD career. course syllabus: Class 1: Attributes: One of the core elements of Houdini. You will get a deep understanding of attributes, variables, mappings and expressions. Class 2: Volumes: What is a volume and how can volumes help an FX TD in his day to day work. We'll discuss the various volume types and create systems that visualize how the various volume types are constructed. Class 3: In the first of a two class miniseries we are going to dig a bit deeper into VOP's. We will discuss the concepts of VOP subnetworks, if node, point cloud lookup and the for each SOP. Building up to class 4 where we will build a point separator. Class 4: We continue where we left of last week and build the actual point separator, are you ready to get your brain fried? Class 5: In this class we are going to look at the use of matrices in VOP's. We'll transform and align a randomly positioned and rotated object on the origin, apply some operation to it and move it back where it came from. Class 6: We'll learn how to build a flow (del) field from a curve in SOP's and advect particles with it in POP's. We use the advectByVolumes POP for that. Next well reconstruct the advectByVolumes POP by using a VOPPOP. Class 7: We'll dive into the world of DOP's and get familiar with microsolvers. In the class we'll take a conventional FLIP setup and add the ability of mixing colors. Class 8: Part 1 in a series where we build a custom spray solver in DOP's. This solver is driven by a cached FLIP simulation. Class 9: Part 2 in a series where we build a spray solver in DOP's. We'll incorporate a FLIP solver and complete the setup. Class 10: In that last class of this term we are having a look at particles in DOP's and point cloud lookups. http://www.fxphd.com/fxphd/courseDetails.php?idCourse=368 http://nitroflare.com/view/143250247882E13/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part1.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/A17DEB3D02E9084/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part2.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/9E689B5CE5C68D3/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part3.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/99002A47B3BF63F/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part4.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/0965A84C6103546/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part5.rar http://nitroflare.com/view/9479CE8E60CC53F/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part6.rar http://uploadgig.com/file/download/971Ecab74F8c705c/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part1.rar http://uploadgig.com/file/download/f2061eD103853ae4/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part2.rar http://uploadgig.com/file/download/68D42d17dad0519C/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part3.rar http://uploadgig.com/file/download/1d23a6e741926C30/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part4.rar http://uploadgig.com/file/download/d0E11c59e22aff88/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part5.rar http://uploadgig.com/file/download/f8805c5878c16a01/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part6.rar http://rapidgator.net/file/dd252e49a80e8487ed8f8dac15c3b602/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part1.rar.html http://rapidgator.net/file/2ac52e7f676f401bd249084dfa7564aa/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part2.rar.html http://rapidgator.net/file/291c59eac8c5e62bfaf354077d9b546d/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part3.rar.html http://rapidgator.net/file/2ab41045649a129dfdac5ea88513bf19/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part4.rar.html http://rapidgator.net/file/680ca077ff79dc19f69e045b901ed06e/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part5.rar.html http://rapidgator.net/file/03268ac3f3f8c2b33d724558c3d0cecd/H0U2O6HouD1NlFXTDFunD.part6.rar.html

  25. Nuclear Physics: Fundamentals and Applications Text books included | MP4 | English | 43 tutorial videos | 38 hours | 10.9 GB Genre: eLearning, Physics Nuclear Physics originated with Geiger and Marsden bombarding alpha particles on metal foils including gold, hundred years ago sometime in the year 1909. The hundred year journey of Nuclear physics has been very exciting, both in terms of developing experimental techniques to probe at the length scale of femtometers and also developing right kind of theoretcical models to understand the vigorous activities going on inside a nucleus. On one side it interfaces with Atomic Physics and on the other side with Particle Physics. This Basics course on Nuclear physics will give an introductory but still rigorous description of both experimental and theoretical aspects of the present understanding of nuclei and their interaction.
